RESERVATION’S POLICIES

a) The reservation is instantaneous (on-line reservation). 
(Instantaneous Reservation) An automatic confirmation message will be sent. You will not receive other confirmation of the reservation messages from us, since this confirmation message is definitive.

The rent of the apartment will cease automatically at the end of the agreed period as from contract sent at the time of reserved and must be returned by signed mail.


CANCELLATION FROM THE GUEST 
a)The cancellation of the reservation from the guest, for any reason, at any time, or for missed payment of the amounts due to finalize the reservation, will derive in the obbligation of the guest to pay the following amounts or based of the condition of OTA you have booked.
The condition of cancellation of our website is:
- if the cancellation occurs 10 weeks before of the arrival date: 0% of the total amount
- if the cancellation occurs between 10 and 4 weeks before arrival date: 0% of total
- if the cancellation occurs less than 5 days before the arrival date: 100% of total amount.

b) We ask you, please, to communicate the cancellation the reservation by mail at [email protected] or at this number: + 39 3318999912 , specifying the reservation details in the subject.


CANCELLATION FROM EASYSAFE
a) in the unlikely event that EASYSAFE was not able to accomodate the guest in the apartment of his choice, the guest will be informed as soon as possible and other similar apartments will be made available for the guest to choose from;
b) in the event that other similar apartments were not available or if the guest does not accept our proposals, the reservation will be cancelled and the guest will be entitled to a refund from EASYSAFE of the total amounts paid till that moment, without other responsibilities or further compensation from EASYSAFE.

4. DEPOSIT
a) Deposit, if it’s due (which is the amount indicated next to the apartment’s price) is required to the guest in the event of damage to the furnishing, the facilities or the apartment itself during the stay of rent. The payment of the deposit must be done with a credit card at the moment of the arrival, before the beginning of the stay, specifically before entering the apartment;
b) The data of the credit card will be registered automatically and deleted afterwards from EASYSAFE after the EASYSAFE team had verified that there are no damages to the furnishing, facilities or the apartment itself as a consequence of your stay. 


5: CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT 
a) The guest must inform the time of the arrival to EASYSAFE at least 2 days before (you can communicate by phone at the number that you will found below or with a online check-in and you can insert your documents and select the hour of your arrival to make the process easier and faster).
b) EASYSAFE will provide, at the request of the guest, all the information for the public transport, shuttle to and from the main airports/train station at convenient prices to reach the apartment. 
c) Check-in is available every day of the week from 15:00 to 19:00 or till 24 if is self check inn apartment
Arrival after 24.00 can be organize ONLY WITH A VERY SPECIFIC REQUEST;
e) The apartment must be left by 10:00, if not differently agreed between EASYSAFE and the guest.
f) For the late check out there is an overcharge of € 50,00;

6.ACCESS 
The owner or his representative are authorized to access the apartment being rented, in any moment during the rental period for inspection or straordinary maintenance upon notice of at least two hours before the intervention. 


7. NUMBER OF PEOPLE
a) The number of people that use the apartment cannot surpass the maximum value indicated on the description of the apartment and must be the exact same number of guests made explicit in the reservation and which documents were registered by EASYSAFE, any changes cannot be made without the prior written consent of the owner;
b) The pets of any type and size are not allowed in the rented apartment unless previously, explicitly agreed and approved;
c) Sublease of the rented apartment is not authorized;
d) Any disregard of the clauses/arrangements in this section 7 authorizes EASYSAFE to ask the guest to leave the apartment immediately. 


8. EXTRA 
a) All extra prices are specified on the specific list of each apartment, which are available in this website;
b) EASYSAFE will be able to deduct any extra cost from the security deposit, if not paid by the guest in the right amount or will ask the client to pay off any extra cost at the check-out, in the event that a guarantee deposit was not held before the beginning of the stay or at the moment of entering the apartment;


9. CITY TAX IN PADUA

Introduced by the Municipality of Padua in order to finance tourism, the maintenance of cultural heritage sites and the environment, as well as public services, the city tax in Padua is one per night / per person, tax imposed on visitors who stay in Hotels, B&Bs, campsites and apartments for rent in Padua, etc. it is therefore necessary for EASYSAFE to collect this tax from customers. Payment must be made in cash or credit card or more better with a link of chec inn on line.
Important note: this tax only applies to the first 5 consecutive nights of stay (i.e. if the stay is longer than 5 nights for example 8 nights, then you will only pay the tax for the first 5 nights)
€ 2,50 per night, per person, adults only (16 years +)


10. CLEANING AND BEHAVIOR 
a) The apartment will be delivered by Easysafe thoroughly cleaned and must be left in the same condition and order in which it was delivered;
b) the person who signs the booking form is responsible for the correct and decent behaviour of all other guests who are making use of the apartment;
c) if the guests behave in an unacceptable manner according to the civil rules, Easysafe can ask the client to leave the rented apartment immediately and/or to restore everything as it was delivered.


11. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These conditions/policies are considered and interpreted according to the law of Italy. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courthouse of Padua.

The acceptance flag implies the acceptance by the customer of all the points above and more precisely from point 1 to point 11.
